K & H Cast Products shall have no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for replacement or compensation arising from any information supplied by you which is inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or any other fault of the customer.
We will not be in the breach of contract as a result of any Force Majeure Event.
The importation/exportation of any products may be prohibited by certain national laws, and we make no representation or accept any liability in respect of the import/export of any products you have purchased.
3. Delivery of Orders
Whilst every attempt is made to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
K&H Cast Products do not warrant or guarantee the specified delivery date, and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of late delivery.
Once you have received your purchase, you become the owner of those items and they will be held at your own risk. We are not liable for their loss or destruction once they have been received by you.
4. Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item providing it is in the original packaging with tags intact and still in an unused condition, within 7 days of receipt.
The item price will be refunded upon receipt of the goods being returned. Please email first before returning any items.
Shipping and postal costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of a return being necessary due to an error on our part or the item being faulty, Shipping and Postal costs will be refunded in full to the buyer.
